Perfect cake!

Mocha being my favorite, my husband bought this cake for my birthday. I love how strong the coffee flavor is, bit of bitterness with just the subtle hint of sweetness. Both sponge and cream, so soft. Bits of almonds and pumpkin seed on top add just the right bit of crunch. Glad to have found this cake!

The mocha cake was amazing. Personally I enjoy coffee-flavoured desserts and cakes that aren't too sweet in general, so this is perfect. Not to mention the brown gel ombre on the top and side of the cake is quite Instagram worthy!
